Patch was most recently a member of the senior management team at Turner International Asia Pacific as VP Technology & Operations.

His expertise covers operational strategies for the digital media supply chain, digital workflows, the management of multiple complex projects and the outcomes for internal and external clients.

His career has included senior roles with Discovery Networks Asia,  Sony Pictures Entertainment and Showtime/Gulf DTH (a division of Viacom Int’l) working in Japan, Australia, Korea, India, Hong Kong and Singapore, as well as the UK.

Oscar’s current client list includes leading global mobile marketing specialists and analytics pioneers enabling the measurement of key internal and external relationships through CRM, fraud detection and talent management systems.

Today, as principal of Fagan Media, Michael provides day-to-day advisory services to public and private media groups and entrepreneurs on strategic acquisitions, exit events and other cutting-edge legal issues.

Jeremy’s career has encompassed a decade as a senior executive responsible for sales, commercial leadership and digital development at Turner Broadcasting. He has also held senior management roles at CNN, The Economist, the Financial Times, Warner Brothers and HBO.

Today Jeremy’s remit includes digital innovation, brand and business development, advertising and media content sales, as well as financial management.

David’s primary focus is in the area of skills development.  He consults and delivers training, coaching and mentoring on strategic thinking and communication, as well as sophisticated sales techniques.

David was previously Director of Marketing and Communications at PwC in Hong Kong and Head of PwC’s Leadership Academy.

He is founder of IOWEU International,  a networked provider of coaching and training in business relationship skills with over 100 certified partners in 22 countries.

David is based in Hong Kong.

Partnering with the management of a major regional broadcaster to realign the operating structure and organization to better take advantage of the evolving market. In so doing significant savings were made to the operating costs of the business.


Providing guidance and mentoring advice to the Founder of a newly launched streaming service. Sharing FM experience with this young entrepreneur and providing guidance on dealing with the challenges of managing a growing business and taking a new product to market.


Advising a UK based technology company focused on the distribution of its interactive content, as it deliberates on expanding its services to the Asia Pacific region. This advice includes the identification and initial evaluation of the suitability of potential partners as well as advice on strategic direction.
